Each piece from Nightshade Thicket is handmade in small batches, with care given to both the craft and its safe delivery.
Processing time
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days after purchase. Custom orders may take 4-6 weeks to process.
Shipping
- Domestic (U.S.) orders ship via USPS Priority with tracking.
- International shipping is available to select countries. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
- Shipping rates are calculated by weight at checkout.
Damaged items
If an item arrives damaged, please contact raine@nightshadethicket.com within 3 days of delivery. Include photos of both the packaging and the item. Replacement or refund options will be discussed individually.
